About me

Hi! My name is Juliane Berger and I'm here to help you make the most of your time in Germany.

How? By working together on your German so that you'll soon feel at home in Germany.

Languages are my passion. I studied Romance philology and translation, have always loved traveling, and have lived and worked abroad for several years, most recently in Spain and Mexico. Contact with foreign languages and cultures has always fascinated me and ultimately led me to think more and more about my native language, German, and my own culture—with the aim of understanding them and making them understandable to others!

As a trained teacher through the Goethe-Institut, I have been teaching German as a foreign language (DaF) since 2016. I have taught German courses both privately and at various language schools in Germany and abroad, for example at the language center at Volkswagen de México. I am a certified examiner for the Goethe certificates and regularly prepare German learners for their official exams.

In addition to my native language German, I speak fluent Spanish, English, and Italian.
